Summary: All sales are final. Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered. If something went wrong technically, we will always make it right.

No refund policy

All purchases on Notes & Scores are final and non-refundable. This applies to all digital sheet music sold on this site, regardless of payment method.

Because digital files are delivered immediately upon payment and cannot be "returned," we are unable to issue refunds once delivery has been confirmed.

Exceptions — technical issues

We will always resolve issues caused by technical errors on our end. If any of the following apply to your order, please contact us and we will resend your file or issue a replacement at no cost:
